A semi-beginner polish artist/animator. I'm interested in IT stuff like websites/servers/etc. I use arch Linux (btw) and Krita for animation. I still have a lot to learn about drawing! Better keep practicing! Also I'm a social wreck. I need friends :(

Hello People!

As we all know, tomorrow school starts (or might start today if you live in America). Due to this, I decided to make this Blog Post to explain my thoughts on the matter, as well as the entire summer vacations that went for me.

If I had to describe how they went for me, I'd say, very well, surprisingly. I always saw the vacations as boring, just as school was. So in this cycle of Boring-ness, doubt, fears, and what not, it was very shocking to me that these vacations weren't all bad. In fact, I did more during them than I ever did before!

I learned about programming during them. Well, most of it anyways. Mainly JavaScript as this seemed the best for me. I was preparing my sorry ass for this school year by learning stuff about web dev, servers, and what not. Im still a bit rusty in some aspects, like MySQL and PHP, but other than that, it went pretty well. Even though I learned a lot, i still found myself not really studying drawing all that much. I think i only did thrice or quadrice. Meanwhile the rest was just "code that".

As for my drawings... I though I would manage to make all of my drawing I need for a plot im making. In reality it turned out to be impossible. I tried to do a work of 5 summers into one and I didnt manage to make them. I also added more drawings needed to the mix. I wanted to improve at lighting, but my genius brain had instead made me draw 6 drawings for free for 6 people. And I haven't learn anything. Sob.

As for my mental side of things, I'd say, vacations gave me a lot of time to think about everything. Find new ideas, test them, see who I was in life. Things were sometimes tough and not always easy, but I somehow still stand here. I feel way better than i ever did to be honest. Maybe some time out was good after all.

Now the school year will start and I'll resume my usual studying. I will still continue making the drawing, but I need to figure out something to do once I'll be done with them. Maybe write all of the plot down and make a story? We'll see!

Anyways, what do you guys think of it all? Do you want to suggest something? Please let me know. And as always,

Thanks for reading.
